In the even of any manufacturing defect or issue, we will endeavour to assist you in resolving the problem with our remote support.
Where the product turns out to be defective, rather than making you wait for the manufacturer's return process, we will send you a replacement (if in stock) immediately. We will then complete the RMA process with the manufacturer, saving you the bother.
BTC Direct offers a 2 year warranty on any purchased products.

Where our response is not up to your standards, please register your dispute for mediation via the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
