Return policy Hardware Wallets
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, without having to state your reasons, provided the seal hasn't been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is finalised and can no longer be returned. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, then you have another 14 days to return your product after the cancellation. The return costs will be at your own expense.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned in the original state and sealed packaging to BTC Direct BV. To use this right, you can contact us via hallo@cryptomaan.nl. We will refund the payable order amount within 14 days after receiving your returned product, provided the product has been properly received.
Article 230p
The consumer has no right to dissolution in the event of:
- f. a consumer purchase involving:
- the delivery of goods which are not suitable for returning on grounds of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal is broken immediately upon delivery; *
* Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee the safety of the hardware wallet as soon as the seal of the packaging has been broken. If the hardware of the product is altered, the safety of the data of a subsequent user can no longer be guaranteed.
Return policy miscellaneous products
