Webshop reviews

At BTC Direct Shop, you want to know what to expect before you buy. That's why we don't manage our customer reviews ourselves. Instead, we leave that to Webwinkelkeur: an independent review platform that only shows experiences from real customers.

This is how Webwinkelkeur makes sure you can trust every review:

• Only customers who have actually placed an order receive an invitation from Webwinkelkeur to write a shop or product review.
• Every review must first be confirmed by email before it becomes visible.
• We cannot edit reviews. Only the customer can change their own review.
• Both positive and negative reviews are shown, so you get an honest picture.

We never reward customers for writing a review. You won't receive a discount, gift or anything else in return. That way, every review stays independent.
